Andersen Management Services is a small, privately owned company founded in June of 2020 by Kristina Andersen. With over 20 years of experience in the association management industry, we have become a trusted name. Kristina has managed properties of all types and sizes, and has the knowledge and expertise to handle any challenge.

We offer Condominium and Homeowner Association management services, including application screening, arrange for property maintenance, accounting and more. Our services are designed to help our clients maximize their efficiency and minimize stress.

Since 2020, Andersen Management Services has followed one simple mission - to provide personal and professional services to communities via management by objective and self-control, giving full scope to individual strength and responsibility, and at the same time give common direction of vision and effort, establish teamwork, and harmonize the goals of the individual with the commonwealth.

More than 100 units/parcels - $2,985

Lender Questionnaire requested and Delivered is $150 plus any attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the response.
